The hanging slot also provides an anchor for the Art Boards™ Wood Easel back. The Easel Back is a triangular hardwood maple support, that positively engages in to the dovetail hanging slot. This allows the panel to be displayed on any horizontal surface. A free standing frameless painting with its own easel.
